Excellent advice and assistance
Throughout the process, Joyce provided excellent guidance and advice. She kept in communication with me and explained anything I didn't understand. While I was initially planning to sell "as is". Joyce offered the suggestion that by doing so, I was limiting the pool of buyers to those with cash to spare. Following her advice, we were able not only to attract a buyer, but netted significantly more than I had originally expected.
