In my case, there were solar panels , which I knew nothing about. She researched, spoke to the sellers and was able to direct me in right direction in the transfer. Helpful, no attitude, and made the experience much less stressful.
Joyce was exceptional to work with. She was excellent at keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Her knowledge and experience were very helpful. She consistently went above and beyond to help us and ensure the sale went through smoothly. I would highly recommend working with Joyce to anyone!
Joyce was so great, and right off the bat with her clear market analysis and subsequent pricing of the house, which was spot-on. She helped navigate the process through some roadblocks that were out of our control, and reacted very well when a buyer requested to back out. She simply moved forward with new showings and ended up selling the house at full asking price. Can't recommend Joyce enough, thank you for everything!!
