To contain costs, she drew from her long list of trusted contractors to make repairs, and in several instances Joyce performed the work herself to further reduce cost. This included repairing damaged drywall and painting. Above all, Joyce’s professional, positive and friendly personality alleviates the anxiety and often accompanies this complex and often high pressure process. Instead, with Joyce at the helm, the process was calm and actually enjoyable.
