...wait, that isn't quite right. Not a bad witch, but more like a good witch. No... that's not right either. She does have magical powers, but more like your Fairy Godmother who waves her magic wand and "Poof!" your problems vanish. Every time we were having a discussion about a problem, either current or potential, whether big or small, she had a solution in mind by the end of the conversation. I would be thinking about what I could do to help expedite the solution and she would, most often, have it solved without my being involved. Also, she kept me informed throughout the entire process by phone, text, or email, so I was always aware of where we were and what the next step would be. I couldn't be more pleased with the way this sale went. Joyce is an excellent problem solver, communicator, and with forty years in the business there isn't much she hasn't seen. Joyce has many years of experience and it showed. We put our late parents house on the market in March 2020 at the beginning of the stay at home orders. Needless to say it was a difficult time to sell a house. Joyce persisted with showing the house by appointment and online marketing. When the house finally sold it was over list price and we had a small “bidding war”. My siblings and I were happy with Joyce’s advice to not spend a lot of money on improvements prior to marketing.
