The above 5-star ratings sum up our overall experience. I would add that both Joyce and Rick (her husband, who accompanied us on each home inspection) are quite personable and easy to work with. In addition Rick added certain knowledge about selected mechanical operations that Joyce may not have had (for example, helping to estimate the current age and future usefulness of a hot water tank). They described both positive and negative aspects of the homes we viewed so that we, the potential purchasers, would be making an informed decision.
