Joyce put the time in to figure out what I was looking for and found it. She was paciant with me in my distaine for the digital age. I think she did the she could with me and you might find some just as good but none better.

Ms Joyce Jaeger was the key for me finding the right home. She guided me though all the hoops of "sight seeing" and weeding out the chaff, saving me hours and even days of research and travel and looking. She helped me boil the search down to two final possibilities and get into a settlement making me the Buyer, and the Sellers, all content - actually satisfied with our final contracts. My salute to Ms Joyce Jaeger for her ability in the Real Estate Market, the Laws, local requirements and personal considerations and caring.
If you want an agent who will work tirelessly for you to get the property that you want, then you want Joyce! She will go above and beyond to seek out information needed to close the deal and will keep you well informed at every step helping you through the maze of paperwork and home or land buying tasks. She responds to questions in a timely manner and provides multiple references for work that needs to be done: home inspections, surveying, legal. I do not think that 5 stars are enough to rate her work as an agent. I’d give her a 10!

Joyce is Amazing! She gets back to you in a timely manner. Patient with you while you make decisions (or not make decisions). She walked the property to show me details, since I was buying sight unseen. I eventually made it to the property and she gladly met me for lunch with information on both of my neighbors either side of me. I just cannot say enough about Joyce. Highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
