I was new to the whole process but Joyce was very understanding and supporting through out the whole process. Picks up calls at odd times to answer any question and is very upfront with information. She came to know our family during the process and we honestly felt blessed to deal with her. After a while I was sure the process would go through smoothly and it did. We are grateful for the professionalism from her and would highly recommend her for anyone buying a home.
