The first meeting of Joyce and Steve was a relo back in 2003. Moving to Georgia was huge for this Jersey girl. I could write pages of how attentive they were. I would talk about what kind of house I wanted. How I lived and what we liked to do. They didn’t find me a house they found me a home. Four other folks from my office used them. Great experience. Once wasn’t enough . We moved a few years later. Steve and Joyce negotiated and represented us with their vast knowledge of real estate. In New Jersey we needed lawyers. Steve and Joyce had vast legal knowledge. Years later my daughter decided to move to Georgia . Once again it’s Steve and Joyce. Once again they provided us with every detail. Many realtors today are unresponsive lacking in knowledge and just not measuring up to a standard of excellence. I know this from having experienced some realtors on the other side.
