I had a great experience working with Joyce in selling my property. Joyce has a great knowledge of the local market. She is also a great communicator and worked well with the other agents who were showing my property. Joyce is very professional. She has been in this business for a long time. This is the second property that Joyce has sold for me. I would have not used her services again If I didn’t appreciate all that she does. I would highly recommend Joyce as your sales agent and your buyers agent.

Joyce DelConte is very professional and had so much knowledge. We thought our property was valued at one price and she did research and came in at a much higher price. She marketed our house perfectly and we ended up getting higher then the original price! We had no idea of what it was worth, but Joyce did. She was always one step ahead of everyone and sold the property and closed within 6 weeks. Joyce was always available when we needed to ask a question. She even helped up put some extra special touches in the house. We are very happy that we saw her realtor sign on a house in the neighborhood.
