Joyce answers her own phone instead of letting it go to voicemail. She negotiated and we received the exact amount she estimated it would sell for; very close to the listing price. Joyce made all things flow smoothly so that the closing went flawlessly. You often take a chance when choosing a listing agent, however, Joyce is the "real deal."
