Excellent experience purchasing home in Boston!

Joyce helped me purchase my first home. Although I’ve worked in the commercial real estate business for years, I know very little about residential sales. Joyce took care of everything, from the initial house tour, negotiating an offer (with a price reduction even though I bought during the height of the market), negotiating the P&S, making sure open permits were closed and finalizing the whole process. I barely had to lift a finger. Highly recommend!!!
