Joyce was a great recommendation to me by a realtor friend in a different geographical area. Good thing she was recommended because her responsiveness, professionalism, and hard work paid off in getting us into our first choice. She has experience and knowledge within the field and area that crosses over SFH to condos and townhomes. Knowledge about the latter two is key as there are different docs to sign, etc., that the buyer may not know from a SFH. She handled these with ease. I was on a tight window to view and make offers and she worked with all of it in a timely manner. She’s flexible and works with the client. Correspondence was all online for me initially and then eventually in person. The main thing you want with a realtor is to feel like you’re heard and someone you can trust. I felt both of these. No scare tactics or pressuring. Just a good all-around experience. I’d highly recommend Joyce and her team!
