Joyce did a tremendous job! She was efficient, professional, knowledgeable,honest, patient, responsive. I don’t know how any other agent could rise up to her standard. She’s such a hard worker and this was a difficult house to sell. She’s simply the best! I’d recommend her to anyone. She also is so positive and just a joy to be around! Can’t say enough good things!
