I spent about an hour and a half showing my cottage to Joyce. It was an enjoyable experience for me as I loved my cottage and had owned it for 57 years. It was apparent to me that she was educated about real estate as she was very able to answer any questions that I had. During the 6 months or so that she worked for me I found her to be timely (always on top of things) knowledgeable, charismatic and able to work with all kinds of people. If I ran into a snag she was able to work it out and always with a smile in her voice. I would recommend her with the highest rating possible.
