Joyce’s personality immediately shone as extremely caring and knowledgable and this was the biggest factor in choosing to work with her! Joyce is a pleasure to be around and mad a stressful time with a crazy market absolutely fun! We had a blast working with her and her knowledge of the market and the area as well as her ability to get along with everyone made it so easy! Excellent doesn’t even begin to describe Joyce on these aspects. Joyce pushed for the absolute best price for us and was there for every step of the process. Her attention to detail was very impressive and she always went above and beyond to make the process easy and special for us. This experience was AMAZING!
