When she interviewed for our house sale she presented us with full details of comps in our area and a marketing plan explaining how she would price, market and show our home. The pictures and sale details were fully on point and her attention to small details in how our home was presented were excellent. Our home was sold during some of the covit restrictions and Joy made sure viewing were monitored and our home respected. Once we agreed a sale price she again done all the checking and paperwork and her advice and attention was very reassuring.
