I have had the opportunity to work with Joy Pulos as my realtor for several real estate transactions and it has been a great experience. She helped me buy my first home in Brentwood where she got my offer in and accepted before any open houses took place. Had she not been able to get that done, as a first time home buyer with an FHA loan, I would have been outbid and would have not been successful. I lived in that home two years, and then rented it for two years after that. It was a great experience as a first time buyer that I can attribute to Joy's real estate savviness. Four years after buying that property, Joy listed and sold that same property for me. She got my property listed and sold in a much faster time that I had expected. Not only was she efficient in her timeliness but she got top dollar for my property. In a complex of 80+ condominiums, Joy successfully made my property the highest selling property in that complex to date. She completed my sale at above asking price with a smooth and easy transition out of ownership. My workings with Joy did not stop there. My third transaction with Joy is my most current. She helped me buy my dream home in the foothills with acres of land to enjoy. She negotiated the asking price, negotiated credits and even compromised some of her commission in order to fulfill the sellers unreasonable requests. Had it not been for her generosity and devotion to her job, I would not have the dream home I now have. Throughout my entire experience with Joy, I have never been disappointed. I am by no means an easy client, but she has been patient with me and gone above and beyond in order to fulfill all my wishes as a customer. Whether buying or selling, I would highly recommend utilizing all that she has to offer. I speak from a lot of experience with her when I say, she truly does put the Joy in Real Estate.
