Joy truly made our home buying experience a dream. She fell into our lap by pure chance and we could not have been luckier. As first time home buyers we were very naive and anxious about the home buying process. Joy immediately took us under her wing and guided us through the process. Never once did we feel as if she had a hidden agenda or was recommending us to other services involved because they had a 'deal'. Joy only works with the best of the best and that was evident in the services we got. She understood through the whole process what it was that we wanted and, more importantly, what we n e e d e d. Joy was very honest about the investments of the different properties and whether or not she felt we would be happy there long term. At the same time, when we were adamant about certain aspects of a property, she respected that. It was the perfect balance. The greatest part of working with Joy was that she fights for her clients. Whenever anyone, on both sides, wasn't holding up their end, Joy was on top of them ensuring everything got done. Because of her, the entire process stayed on track and happened almost seamlessly. Joy has a true gift for what she does and we are unbelievably happy she came into our lives. I would recommend her to anyone a hundred times over.
