Moving from Texas to Illinois was stressful on many levels. When Joy reached out to us before we left, my husband and I immediately felt reassured she was on a mission to help us. When we arrived, we were on a very tight time crunch to find a house. Joy is a top notch Real Estate Agent. Upfront, she did tremendous research on the market, studied sales of similar properties and provided us with a booklet containing all the relevant information. She then spent significant time with us to explain the information. This enabled us not only to understand the market, but also to price it to the goals we had. As we have majorly out of town, she took upon herself, with our consensus, to do necessary things to make property more attractive. She kept in constant communication with us throughout the interval. She is extremely easy to work and communicate with and really pays attention to our wishes and needs. She is easy to reach to whenever we needed. Overall it was a great pleasure working with her and will recommend very highly whoever is looking for a top notch agent.

Joy truly made our home buying experience a dream. She fell into our lap by pure chance and we could not have been luckier. As first time home buyers we were very naive and anxious about the home buying process. Joy immediately took us under her wing and guided us through the process. Never once did we feel as if she had a hidden agenda or was recommending us to other services involved because they had a 'deal'. Joy only works with the best of the best and that was evident in the services we got. She understood through the whole process what it was that we wanted and, more importantly, what we n e e d e d.
