Joy is AMAZING! We had a lot of obstacles pop up during the whole process of preparing to sell our home and she helped us knock down every single one. She even came and helped me paint! Haha How is that for being all in?! She gave the best advice and helped us tremendously each and every time we needed her. When all was said and done, Joy had our home listed, an offer accepted in less than 24 hours, and closed/sold in 15 days with a cash buyer. Without her, we would have never gotten it done. This is the most AMAZING Realtor that I've encountered including myself. I am a transplant from Chicago and was unfamiliar with the Texas market. The area I was looking in, was impossible to find a nice house under $250000 with a tub. Much to my amazement she not only found me a nice house, but negotiated it down to where I could afford it AND the seller made all the repairs that were noted on the inspection. She comforted me all hours of the day and night when I thought my sale was going to fall through, and was panicking. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND a realtor!! This was the most seamless sale I'd ever encountered. I STRONGLY recommend Joy!!!!
