This is the second time I've worked with Joy and I have been so grateful both times. I had a difficult TIC sale in San Francisco but all worked out with her help. The second condo sale was in Sept 2022. She priced the condo perfectly and it sold immediately just before the market slowed down even though there were other condos for sale in the same building. I will definitely keep working with Joy and have been so thankful each time. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone with lots of real estate experience in the SF Bay area.
