Joy Kingsbury

I have known Joy for over 10 years, as a property manager, advisor, real estate agent and friend, even though I lived out of state. When ever I would call on her for advice she was always there with just the right help. She is very knowledgeable on all legal aspects of the real estate world. When it was time to sell my building she was naturally the first one I called. I think my favorite trait she has is that she communicates. Many times I have called on agents around the country inquiring on properties and the first few days they are very helpful, after that you never hear from them. Not Joy, she stuck with me through the whole sale and kept me updated almost daily. I highly recommend her to cover all your real estate needs, whether you are buying or selling or just need professional advice!
