Joy was so knowledgable about the market. She showed us many different homes in many different areas. She knows the areas she serves very well. She also had a great wealth of resources to help us with all aspects of buying a home. Her help was a great value to us and we would highly recommend her.

Joy was a wonderful realtor to work with. We had a foreclosed property that was one of the most intense processes and situations that could have been faced with a piece of property. Joy was able to continually keep us in the loop and would go above and beyond what was necessary to get things done. <br/><br/>Texting at 10pm? No problem. We had to get our house sold in Illinois so we could buy an out of state home. Joy was very helpful in the process, she worked closed with the Realtor for the out of state builder in sending all necessary paperwork via fax. Also at closing buyer was asking for unnecessary landscape work and Joy with the help of the attorney got our house closed on time.
