I was looking for my first home feeling both worried about my prospects for finding something in my budget and about the daunting unfamiliar process. Working with Joy made all those worries disappear. She took lots of time to explain every step of the process to me, set up a slate of showings in what felt like record time of half a day, and was a strong advocate for me with the seller's agent and closing law firm every step of the way making sure there was no money left on the table in the final agreement. During showings she also would point things out such as possible lawn erosion spots or ceiling issues I might have not thought of as a first time buyer. I am so happy in my new home and Joy was instrumental in helping me find and purchase it. She is local to the Atlanta area and knows the neighborhoods well and how to navigate the market here as it is rapidly changing.
