Wow! Where should I start? Joy and I have an extended history dating back to elementary school. When I decided to purchase my second home in 2019, Joy made buying a house such a breeze! Years prior, I experienced a few issues and/or growing pains. When I explained my first purchase experience, Joy never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Fast forward to June of 2022. I reached out to Joy pointing out that I was ready and prepared to not only place my 2019 purchase on the market, but also purchase something more spacious. In August of 2022 and a few transactions later, Joy made it happen. Well, the next 5 years of my life are crucial. My only child/13 year old son will be heading off to college, rendering me an official empty-nester. Joy was actually a joy to work with there were times that it got hard and I wanted to just give up but she encouraged me and stood beside me through the whole process. At times I thought that I was in a battle or war as many times that I was knocked down I kept getting back up and I kept hearing enjoys voice telling me Don't give up jemez it's going to happen for you you a good person and you've worked so hard for years to get your home she was definitely a motivator a hard worker and when one lender did not come through for me she was always there to find another lender for me.
