Joy was absolutely incredible to work with. My fiance and I were first time homebuyers and we honestly had no idea what we were doing. Joy was able able to confidently walk the two of us through each step of the process. She was patient and kind and more than willing to put up with at least a couple very panicked late night texts and her quick responses really meant a lot to us. It really felt good knowing someone was 100% in our corner. I cannot say enough good things about Joy. This woman is a champ and you would be very lucky to have her on your side.
