Joy helped us move from out-of-state to metro Denver. She is very knowledgeable about the areas of town and specific neighborhoods. With every showing, she was able to narrow down options that best-fit our lifestyle, and she was able to caution us if something wasn't right. She was very thorough from the offer, all the way through to closing, and she was always willing to go to bat for us in negotiations. She has followed up regularly since closing, too. I highly recommend using her. She does not pressure to buy/sell, but rather helps you make an informed decision, no matter how long it takes.
