While others might suggest that selling your home during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays may limit the number of buyers, Joy was quick to point out that those looking would be serious buyers. She took many pictures and explained the extensive methods and advertising schedule her Century 21 office uses. I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and warm personality; and to her availability to me and other buyer's realtors. She was calm and focused during the counteroffers that were made, when I may not have been, always being encouraging, positive, and looking forward.
