Joy was absolutely wonderful. This was my first home buying experience and Joy helped me and my boyfriend every step of the way! She was so knowledgeable and understanding. She didn't care that we knew nothing about the home-buying process and instead taught us everything we needed to know. She was there every step of the way and answered any and every question that we had. I highly recommend working with Joy if you are a first time home buyer, or just looking to move into the Austin area. You will NOT be disappointed. Joy felt more like a friend than just an agent.
