Joy is an exemplary agent who goes above and beyond to make buying or selling a home a seamless process. We recently listed our home and bought a new one at the same time. Under normal circumstances this would have been extremely stressful, especially given our difficult work schedules and young children. On the contrary, Joy made the process as stress-free as possible and even an enjoyable one! She has all the qualities you would want in a realtor. She is honest, patient, personable, confident and has strong negotiation skills. She always kept our best interest at heart, even when it wasn’t convenient for her. Her expertise in the field and strong work ethic also make her the best in the business! We are beyond thrilled with our new home and that Joy was able to facilitate getting us here before my in laws arrived!
