Joy Bailey is professional in every way. She quoted she “ liked to be in charge” and that she was in following through in every detail in selling My house! She was just a phone call away at every turn. A true pleasure to work with her at all times!
Joy has been our “go to” agent both to buy and sell our home in Whitehall Plantation. She was able to maximize our home sale price, and was with us throughout the offer/inspection/close of sale process. Would recommend Joy to everyone, especially with a uncertain real estate market.
I really believe this company understands the selling and buying process. Even more so, they communicate very efficiently with their customers. I can work through anything when kept informed, and I'm grateful this company understands that. The staff I worked with, and it was a staff, not just an agent that kind of is just a message relaying machine. The staff are all very knowledgeable and considerate and made our very unique situation the easiest real estate process I've ever experienced. And I've been through a few moves and home sales over the years. Highly recommend Joy Realty.
