I needed to buy a home before relocating to the area with my wife and 2 year old. Joy made the experience...well...joyful, rather than stressful. From day one, she went above and beyond to get to know my family and I, our needs, wants, and preferences. She also made astute recommendations that we would not have had insight into, never having been to the area. She was always knowledgeable, approachable, available, prompt in taking action, and diligently represented us as though it was her very own home we were shopping for. E.g. As we could not go in person, she spent almost an entire Saturday at the sales office to review and negotiate our contract. We’re so grateful to Joy for her excellent customer service. We love our new home and community and it’s far more than we could have asked for or thought of. God only knows where we would have been without Joy. Straight up attentive and wanted to know what I wanted. She was knowledgeable about the market and provided consistent and competent feed back. she also has quite a friendly and warm personality and communicated quite readily. she was quick to return calls and answer questions, and sought out answers when she did not have immediate information. would highly recommend her if you need a good realtor.
