She had to deal with a difficult family. With divorce and son staying in it. Till sold made it really hard to sell. But she got it done. With as little pain as possible. She had to deal with people living in other states. No money to fix place up. I can go on and on. Yes if I was in need to buy again. In this area. Id ask her if she would help.

Jovan is very professional and knowledgeable about housing and the geography of Mariposa. She is kind and honest as well, which made it easier to make decisions on which houses and locations that we looked at. We would both recommend and use Jovan again as a realtor.

Jovan was the most thorough agent we have ever worked with. She researches everything, and makes sure that you have everything in hand, when visiting a property. She works hard, and was always available to us at any time. In addition, while the other selling agent, didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the property, and actually provided misinformation, Jovan did the research and provided documentation of the correct info. Buying a house can be scary, but we will not feel nervous in the future if we are using Jovan. What a positive, fun experience. I would recommend her to everyone!!!
