We worked with Josue for both the sale of our current home, and the purchase of our new home. Josue was extremely responsive and helped us move quickly through the process. He was knowledgeable and was able to assist with our mortgage company to ensure everything was lined up and in place. There wasn’t any time of the day that he didn’t respond. As this is a stressful process, it was important to us that we could contact him at any time with questions or concerns. He eased worries and provided clarification when needed. We are very grateful for Josue’s work with us, and we are happily enjoying our new home!!
