My husband and I worked with Josue Collado, He was a very down to earth and patient real-estate agent who didn't pressure us into buying but also advocated for us. Although at times I felt like we needed a little more guidance since we were first time buyers, I appreciated that he looked out for us with giving us recommendations for lenders, insurance, inspectors and helped set up some of those things. 'The biggest thing that I will be grateful is him realizing that our lender was trying to/had deceive(d) us. Josue went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and even talked with our lender and their legal team to advocate for us. It was a very unfortunate situation, but a learning experience for everyone involved and I'm grateful that Josue was able to help us in this situation. Josue was extremely helpful in finding us a home in Gainesville. He was super honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great condo that fit right in our price range and criteria! He was super communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times and this was very important for us since we are located 5 hours away. So you want to buy a home in Gainesville (especially around UF)? I would highly recommend going with Josue! I He was very helpful and prompt with his responses. As I was unable to come in person to view condos, he recorded walkthroughs for me and gave guidance on placing offers. A great bonus for him is that the agency he works for is relatively well known/have established relationships with clients and would have insider information for properties going on sale which made them able to give previews prior to the properties going up for sale (meaning you can place an offer before the place is even listed)- which was also how I finally had an offer accepted. He was also there to help with any hiccups with the loan process/condo approval. Ultimately I was able to complete my purchase without even coming to see the place in person until after closing (getting the keys was also painless). Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and Josue did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Josue and team to anyone buying property in the Gainesville area, and I plan to use them again when I decide to sell the place.

Josue was absolutely wonderful to work with. He always answered calls and texts in a timely manner. It was like having a friend on the inside working for you which helped us tremendously since we were out of state buyers! We would recommend him to anyone!

Josue was great to work with. He was available, prompt, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I remember the night I mentioned to him I was working on getting interest rate quotes because I was considering buying a house. Right there on the phone, Josue pulled up some housing options and by the next day he had already arranged a visit to one of the homes (which by the grace of God actually ended up being the home bought).Josue was my agent when he was first starting out. With that being said, there were some things he wasn't always sure about. One thing I really appreciated was when he wasn't sure of an answer or we came across something he wasn't as familiar with, instead of just "winging it" or making something up, Josue would go ask advice from other contacts of his in the field. I really appreciated this as it felt like to me I was getting great care, help, and advice not just from one person but from multiple people during the process.Josue is a very high character and honest guy.
