Was easy from start to finish
I am in a different area and the property was being sold for me as site unseen. I needed Joss to handle a lot of things as far as securing the property and finding a buyer. He was able to secure a buyer and title company immediately. Within a few weeks the property was sold. He made this whole process so easy. I recommend Joss and will use him in the future for properties in Twin Falls.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for having reached out to me in the first place, I know it was a "shot in the dark" for you at that point! I am glad it all worked out so smoothly, we made a great team, and on both sides, working in unison towards a common goal! We made it all happen and crossed the finish line with flying colors! Nothing could have happened without you Meagan, you were instrumental in our success! Thank you again so much for everything! I sure look forward to working with you again in the future, and Thank you so much for giving me a chance, I am glad you are pleased with me and what I do. Take care! Very Cordially, Joss
