Joss responded to an email I sent to Lezamiz from California. I had moved down there temporarily, to help with the care of my dying Father. I told them that I would be returning after my Fathers passing, but I was still looking for a house in Twin Falls. I was down there for 6 months but Joss still contacted me and sent me posts every time a new house came on the market. He treated me as if I was still in town. After I returned, he kept after my situation without slowing down, until we found a house I really liked. Joss's chest is not big enough for his heart. It was a pleasure working with him. I consider him a friend for life.

I went through Joss in 2016 to buy a house. Ended in us not being ready to buy a house. Joss was extremely patient with us and made sure we got into a house. When we tried again in 2017, he made sure that we got a home we absolutely loved. He never gave up on us. You definitely don't even see him as a realtor but more of a friend! I highly recommend him to everyone!

Joss went so above and beyond in every possible way. He is always in your corner ready to help you fight against all the trials that come up when buying a house. He is quick to respond and will stretch himself so thin just to help make life a little easier for you. You just don't find many Realtors like Joss anymore. Personal touch, attention to detail and stellar communication. I never had to wonder what was going on during my transaction.
