Josie was a pleasure to work with. I flew in for the weekend to look at properties as i was relocating to the area. She really listened to my wants and needs and made the most of my weekend with lots of viewings. Even though my budget would have allowed me to buy a more expensive house Josie made sure she showed houses in all price ranges that fit my needs. She made the process very easy and followed up on everything handling all inspections as i was out of state. She went above and beyond to fix an issue the title company should have handled that would have delayed the closing and keep everything on track.
