What can I say? I can rave for hours and it still wouldn't be enough to adequately describe how wonderful Josie is. I could give you a list a mile long and it wouldn't be enough. She is thorough, kind, and thoughtful. She is very family oriented so when it came to our needs as a family (school district, neighborhood etc) she was able to find us exactly what we needed. She is very knowledgeable and was able to ask all the right questions to get the answers we needed even if we didn't know what to ask. She helped us through our first buying experience and made the process feel easier with all her extensive knowledge. Not a single thing was left out. She didn't just follow up on us as clients, but as friends. She sincerely cared for us and was excited for us. She's very personable and friendly, truly a pleasure to work with and spent time with. A long story short, she had found a home for us, but there were a few things missing. 3 days before confirming our purchase and putting a down payment, I had asked her to find a home in a different location and, despite the extremely short notice, she was able to find the EXACT home we were looking for that fulfilled EVERYTHING we needed and wanted.
