We would not of got the property we wanted without Josie's help. She was an outstanding agent in every way. Very professional. Went out of her way to help with every issue that came up during our purchase process. We highly recommend Josie Gutierrez to anyone looking for an agent. Our experience was very positive.
Josie was extremely helpful and attentive through the entire process of buying our home. Josie was very responsive to all of our calls, emails and questions. She has a lot of knowledge about the local area. She did everything possible to make our purchase go smoothly. I would highly recommend her as your agent.
Upon contacting Josie we immediately knew she was for us as an agent. She was very responsive to our questions and in relaying information that we needed. When we asked her to let us look at a house, she arrived quickly and with a contract ready. From signing to when the Underwriter said all was good was only 3 weeks. My wife and I would highly recommend her. She wants to work! Thanks
Josie hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
