I've listened multiple properties with her and purchased our current home with her. She was FANTASTIC and really got us the deal we wanted. Also, because she is bilingual, she was able to communicate with the buyers and my mother, who is a Spanish speaker. HUGE ADVANTAGE! When we listed our most recent property, she had to go out of town but was super responsive and her team was available to assist. We got well over asking price and didn't pay any closing costs, other than the agency commission. I'm looking at purchasing another investment property now and Josie will be helping us.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Josie. My experience with her made me feel like I had a role in the buying process while she was doing all the tough “down & dirty” work behind the scenes. Every call, email, text was responded quickly and accurately. There is nobody else I would want on my team especially on my first home purchase. The sky is the limit with her and her focus on her clients is #1! If I could do it all over again, only thing I would change is contacting Josie sooner so I could be in my new home sooner!
