I didn't get a foundation inspection and now I'm concerned my agent not doing his due diligence is threatening my ability to live here. Also I was scared and confused when buying the house, instead of helping me with those feelings Josiah took it personally and I suffered the consequences for being overwhelmed. I also couldn't get consistent responses and got a defensive attitude when that frustrated me.
