Josiah Doughty

Josiah helped us to purchase our first home in the fall of 2015. Start to finish he was beyond excellent to work with. He helped throughout the entire search process, helping find homes in our target area and price range. Showing us a handful of homes until we finally decided on one. Once the process of negotiating and paperwork started he was still right there making sure everything was going smoothly with the investors and paperwork. Even when things hit rock bottom and the original bank we were working with couldn't meet deadlines, Josiah recommended another avenue. We put our trust in him and again were beyond satisfied with the experience. His service, help, excellent communication and professionalism far surpassed anything I could have ever imagined . Josiah was there, in office, for all of the paperwork, to help answer questions, make additional phone calls, etc. We will without hesitation use him again and recommend him for any buying/selling process.
