He did not push his property but from the start gave us candid advise based on our requirements and budget. He was so great that we also asked him to be the Selling agent of our existing home. Josh's attention to detail and network of Home stagers and Home contractors helped us to quickly put our house on the market and receive above asking. Even with the pricing of our house, Josh was prepared with comparable recent sales and able to guide us to price the home just right. Josh cares about the quality of service his customers receive. A day prior to one of our closings, our attorney had an unfortunately accident and Josh was quick to work with us, advise us and provide an alternative attorney to consult rather than going to closing without legal advise. In the end, the 5+ months we worked with Josh was great. He even came by after we settled into our new home to check in, provide us contacts and greet the kids.
