Josh did a wonderful job for us and went above and beyond

Josh did a wonderful job for us and went above and beyond . We had used him in two previous properties. He listened to us and was always available , we always had many questions. If he did not know the answer he would get it. There was a point in the sale where it stalled on the seller end. His vast wealth of knowledge and knowing many different people helped get the sale through. If we did not use him , we would have been quite frustrated through the process. We highly recommend him.
