Josh exceeded our expectations, going above & beyond. Josh was there every step of the way, from loading UHaul trucks to organizing various repairs needed to staging to listing and to selling! Josh had great communication with us as well. He answered every question & gave smart sound advice. I say all this about Josh Ward, but what I have not shared was that we had the privilege of being Josh's first real estate transaction/contract. Josh Ward is motivated. He is hard working. He does his research & his studies. Josh goes out and actually learns about the communities that he is hoping to list in or help find someone's dream home in.
