I would highly recommend selling your home with Josh. Assuming a seller commission of 3% I saved $4,741! It was easy to input all of the information. I input all of the info in on Saturday afternoon. It was on the MLS website and zillow by late Sunday evening. We had someone look at the house on the following Monday and had a contract on that Tuesday evening. It was really pretty easy and not much work. The hardest part is probably pricing your home. My next door neighbor bought his home a few months earlier and I asked him what he bought it for and priced it around there and it worked great. I got full asking price. Overall Josh was responsive. At times a little delayed in responding to emails but not too bad. It was worth it, saving $4,741 so I am a very satisfied customer and would sell my home again with Josh in the future.
