Buying this house could have been the worst experience but Josh made it all seem like no big deal...everything seemed to go wrong but as soon as we called Josh he took care of everything!! I would recommend him to everyone he is very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying or selling!! He was so helpful with things that we didn't know about !
