Fantastic market knowledge great communication

Josh was an excellent realtor to work with, I managed to look into finding him after I started looking out outside my other Realtors area and my second realtor completely fell through. Josh had a fantastic market knowledge great overall demeanor and fantastic communication I work nights but never once did I feel it was an imposition to send texts a little on the late side or schedule appointments in the afternoon. Would search him out to be my realtor in the future
