We loved working with Joshua to sell our investment property! Joshua met with us pre-listing to tour the home and discuss potential improvements to the property. Based on market data and his own insight, Joshua helped us understand what price we could expect if we sold as-is, with moderate improvements, and with extensive improvements. He also showed us data to evaluate whether to stage the home or not. When we decided to do extensive improvements, Joshua had a list of contractors for us to use as a starting point. Joshua was super responsive via text and email throughout the whole process, and he and his team were really helpful. After 5 days on the market, we had 7 offers that were all over list price. Joshua helped us evaluate the pros and cons of each offer with a spreadsheet that made my husband's heart sing. We ended up accepting an offer that was 10% over list price and a new high sale price for the neighborhood.
